This study aims to analyze how educational supervision has transformed in the digital age. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 40 national and international scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results of the study show that educational supervision has shifted from a conventional model to a technology-based digital approach and online platforms. Digital platforms such as Learning Management System (LMS), Google Classroom, Zoom, and Madrasah Smart Digital have proven to be effective in facilitating online observation, reflection, and feedback. Digital supervision contributes significantly to improving teachers' professional competencies, especially in terms of digital literacy, reflective skills, and the development of technology-based learning media. However, its implementation still faces challenges in the form of infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy, and organizational cultural resistance to innovation. This study emphasizes the need for inclusive policy support, continuous training, and digital capacity building for supervisors and teachers so that the transformation of digital supervision can run effectively and sustainably at all levels of education
