Tranformasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital sebagai Strategi Adaptasi Terhadap Perkembangan Teknologi di RA Sahabat

This study aims to describe the transformation of digital-based learning management as an adaptation strategy to technological developments at RA Sahabat. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects included the principal and class teachers at RA Sahabat. The results show that the transformation of digital-based learning management at RA Sahabat encompasses four main aspects: learning planning, learning implementation, teacher roles, and learning evaluation. The use of digital media and platforms supports teacher creativity, increases children's engagement in learning, and facilitates the process of evaluating student development. However, the success of digital learning is highly dependent on the readiness and competence of teachers in managing learning appropriately. This study concludes that digital-based learning management is an important strategy in improving the quality of early childhood education amidst technological developments
