Abstract

Early childhood development currently faces challenges in forming noble character due to the suboptimal cultivation of akhlak values from an early age. This period represents a golden phase that significantly determines children's character formation. This article aims to examine strategies for noble character habituation in early childhood based on the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as their relevance to Islamic education. The research method employed is library research by analyzing primary sources including the Qur'an, Hadith, and relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that the Qur'an and Hadith provide a comprehensive normative foundation for instilling noble character from an early age. Applicable strategies include: (1) role modeling from parents and educators, (2) consistent habituation of positive behavior, (3) reinforcement of Islamic akhlak values such as honesty, responsibility, courtesy, and social care, and (4) creation of an educational environment conducive to children's character development. This research emphasizes that an Islamic values-based approach in character education plays a strategic role in forming a generation that is faithful, possesses noble character, and is prepared to face contemporary challenges. The integration between religious teachings and early childhood education practices becomes the key to successful holistic character formation
